What we certainly know is that, in terms of model size sparsity, optimality and alignment, GPT-4 will be far more powerful than its predecessors. It was also revealed that OpenAI’s current technology does not possess Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), meaning the capability to acquire knowledge and skills comparable to those of a human being, but its in the plans.
